2. Anonymous Visitor ID

The system sets an anonymous cookie for deduplicated statistics only. It does not directly identify your real identity and is not used for cross-site ad tracking.

3. Tool Usage Analytics

To understand which tools are useful and which pages need improvement, we record tool visits, tool actions, on-site search terms, result counts, and voluntary upvote/downvote feedback including reasons and notes.

4. File Processing

Uploaded files are processed on demand and returned immediately. Except screenshots submitted via feedback forms, original uploads are not retained long-term by default.

5. Feedback and Feature Requests

Submitted text, contact details, and screenshots are stored for troubleshooting and product improvements.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The site may display third-party advertising and use necessary ad measurement or anti-abuse services. These services may use cookies, device information, or page context under their own policies to display ads, measure performance, or prevent abuse. We will avoid embedding ad tracking into tool processing content and will not intentionally provide uploaded file contents to advertising services.

7. Data Retention

Access analytics, site search records, and tool feedback may be retained for operational analysis. Feedback text and screenshots are retained as needed for troubleshooting or product improvement. You may request deletion of data related to your own submissions.

8. Security Measures

We apply signed sessions, security headers, rate limiting, and access controls to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading highly sensitive files or secrets unless necessary.
